2008 NBCD Weight Loss Challenge - The Beginning

Greetings Everyone,

First, I want to welcome you to the 2nd Annual New Black Cultural Diet Weight Loss Challenge Blog. I want to thank everyone for joining our efforts to help you lose the weight that you want to lose. This blog is here for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and issues regarding the challenges that you experience with your weight.

Our themes for this challenge are:

These themes are consistent with the major components of the New Black Cultural Diet which are:
